I have extensive, specialized training in a blend of evidence-based therapy modalities and approaches -- some of which include Certification in EMDR Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Sessions are typically offered in 45, 60, and 90 minute increments. Intensive therapy sessions are offered to explore issues in more depth and can be discussed upon scheduling an initial consultation.
